PARENTS MATTER
Parenting is not an easy task. Of course, because each child has their own individuality and life context, I will be the first to admit that there is not always a clear answer to all the questions and concerns. But when parents and therapists work together, they make a good partnership of observation and expertise – it becomes easier to see the big picture and determine the best solutions for the particular issues at hand.

Throughout the past 15 years, I have noticed that successful progress and healthy development in a child’s life happens easier when accompanied by loving, proactive, and caring parents. Often I find that working with parents is key to helping the little ones make progress. Helping co-parents find common ground among themselves and operate on the same page as a team is key in achieving results for their child.
